To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

Chest – Measure around the widest part of the bust, while wearing a bra. Make sure the tape is flat across the back.

Waist – measure around the narrowest point on the waistline. Some centímeters above navel between lower ribs and top of pelvis bone.

Hips – feet together, measure around the fullest part of the seat.
