Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and shipping. Think responsibly, act accordingly. WAKE UP!

Even so, if one of our items does not fill you with joy when you receive it you have 30 calendar days* from the purchase of your order to make a return.

*Orders placed from November 20th, 2025 onward will have an extended return period: until January 21st, 2026 for shipments within Spain, and until January 9th, 2026 for the rest of the Europe.

How to request a return?

Return conditions

  • The return has to be shipped within 30 calendar days from purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and include all tags.
  • For hygienic reasons underwear cannot be returned.
  • Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so we would appreciate it if you try them on over your underwear. In the event that they are returned with some type of stain, they will not be accepted.
  • The return for a refund may have a small additional cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return. This cost is deducted from the total refund amount.
    Check your country in the list you will find below, in return options. 
  • For the return, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed envelope to avoid losing its contents.

We will send you a return label to print and paste to the package and information about the delivery points closest to your home.

This return option has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded:

Spain (peninsula) & Portugal: 3.90€
Balearic Islands: 4.90€
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 9.90€

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg & Netherlands: 6.90€

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden: 9.90€

United Kingdom: 9.90€ 

Canada, Mexico & United States: 12.90€

Israel, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland & Turkey: 19.90€

Rest of the world: 24.90€

  • Home pick-up return

If you do not have a collection point nearby, you can request the collection through the UPS website or by contacting UPS Customer Service, providing the tracking number that you will find on the return label.
The cost of return to your home is the same as at the point of collection.

You can return the product to any of our own physicial store at no extra cost while helping to reduce CO² emissions produced by transportation.

Please note

  • Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. 
  • The refund will only cover the cost of the returned items; the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We will keep you informed of the whole process via email.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the amount of the refund will be returned as credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. If after this time you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com.
