We send your order to a drop point (also known as service points or pick up points), so that you can pick it up at the time you consider most favorable while reducing the carbon footprint of transport.

Please note that deliveries are made on business days only and that during high order volume season estimated delivery times may be extended.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, except national holidays, from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.
Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are normally shipped the next business day.
Except for the UK, customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the shipping company upon receipt of the order.

The most sustainable option!
If you are in Barcelona you can pick up your order within 1-3 days directly at our physical store at no additional cost.
