Refund policy

Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and transportation. Think responsibly, act accordingly. WAKE UP!

Even so, if one of our items doesn't bring you joy when you receive it, you have 30 calendar days* from the purchase of your order to make a return.

How to request a return?

Return conditions

  • Returns must be sent within 30 calendar days* of order purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed or undamaged, and include all tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
  • Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so you will not be able to return them. We wouldthank youthat you try them onover your underwear. In case they are returned with any kind of stain they will not be accepted.
  • The return and refund may have a small additional cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return. This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • For the return of items, you can reuse our double-sealable shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed envelope to avoid losing the contents.

We will provide you with a return label to print and attach to the package and information on the drop-off points where you can leave your return.
This option has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded:

Spain (peninsula) and Portugal: 3.90€ (free if it is a size change)
Balearic Islands: 4.90€ (free if size exchange)
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 9.90€

Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands: 6.90€ (free if size exchange)
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Slovenia: 9.90€ (free if size change)
United Kingdom: 9.90€
Canada, United States and Mexico: 12.90€

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, San Marino and Israel: 19.90€
Rest of the world: 24.90€

If you do not have a collection point nearby, you can request the collection through the UPS portal or by contacting UPS Customer Service, informing the tracking number that you will find on the return label.
The costs for home delivery are the same as at the collection point.

You can return the product to any of our own physical stores at no extra cost while helping to reduce CO² emissions produced by transport.

Please note

  • Once we receive your return, we will proceed to send you the new size or refund you the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
  • We will keep you informed of the whole process via email.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be returned as a credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. If after this period you still have not received the refund, please contact us at shop@thinkingu.com.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without justification, but we will appreciate your comments to continue improving.
