Returns and exchanges
We would like to influence positive change by inviting everyone to move away from the current cycle of purchases and returns, and become more aware of the impact this cycle is having on our environment.
Think responsibly, act accordingly. LET'S THINK.
Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and shipping.
Even so, if one of our items does not fill you with joy when you receive it, you have 30 calendar days from the purchase of your order to make a return.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and include all tags.
For hygienic reasons underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
You can keep the tote bag 😉
The return may have a small additional cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return.

European Union: 9.90€
United Kingdom: £14.90
Rest of the world: 24.90€
Store return (the most sustainable option!)
If you are in Barcelona, you can drop off your return at our store at no extra cost, while helping to reduce CO2 emissions produced by transport.

For the return, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed envelope to avoid losing its contents.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without justification, but we would appreciate your comments in order to continue improving.
As our products do not have a hygiene seal, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method you used at the time of purchase and we will notify you by email.
If you paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. Remember that your bank or debit/credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
