How can I return an item from an online order?

You have 30 calendar days (20 calendar days for orders placed from the UK) from the purchase of your order to make a size exchange (EU countries only) or a return.
Just log into our returns portal and follow the instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and include all tags.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so please try them on over your underwear. If they are returned with any kind of stain, they will not be accepted.

If you have received a damaged item or a wrong item please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com.

Size exchange is available for European Union countries and both the return and shipping of the new size is free of charge.
Return and refund may have a small additional cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return. The cost of the return will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

For the return, you can reuse our double-sealable shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed envelope to avoid losing the contents.

These are the return options:

  • Return at collection point
    We will provide you with a return label to print and attach to the package and information on the delivery points where you can drop off your return.

    This option has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded:

    Spain (peninsula): 3,90€ (free if it is a size change)
    Balearic Islands: 4,90€ (free if it is a size change)
    Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 9,90€

    Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal: 6.90€ (free if size change)

    Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Slovakia: 9.90€ (free for size exchange)

    United Kingdom: 9.90€

    Canada, United States and Mexico: 12.90€

    Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, San Marino, Israel and Turkey: 19.90€

    Rest of the world: 24.90€

  • Home delivery
    If you do not have a collection point near you, you can request a home delivery at shop@thinkingmu.com, indicating the day of collection (Monday - Friday) and the time zone (4 hours).
    You can also request the collection yourself through the UPS website or by contacting UPS Customer Service, providing the tracking number that you will find on the return label.
    The cost of return to your home address is the same as at the point of collection.
  • Store return More sustainable option!
    If you are in Barcelona, you can return the product to our store at no extra cost while helping to reduce CO² emissions produced by transport.

Can I make a size exchange?

If you have placed your order from an EU country and have bought the wrong size, you can request an exchange through our returns and exchanges portal.

The shipping of the new size is completely free. The return may have a small cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return.

What products can I return?

You can return all items, except underwear due to hygienic reasons.
Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so we would appreciate it if you try them on over your underwear. In the event that they are returned with some type of stain, they will not be accepted.

The size exchange (only EU countries) and return period is 30 calendar days* from purchase.

*20 calendar days for orders placed from the United Kingdom.

Products must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or damaged, and include all tags.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund in the same payment method you used at the time of purchase and will notify you by email.

If you paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.

If after this time you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com.

Can I track my return?

You can find the tracking number on the return label that we have sent you to print and attach to the package.
With this number, you will be able to track your return from the shipping company's website.

If you cannot find the tracking number on the return label, please write us at shop@thinkingmu.com and we will provide it to you.

How can I return an item purchased at one of your phsysical stores?

You can return an item purchased in one of our stores directly in any of them within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the day of purchase, presenting the sales receipt.
You can also request the return remotely through our returns and exchanges portal and send us your return by post from any country in the European Union.
You will receive a return label to print and attach to the package and information about the delivery points.
Please note that there is a small charge for the return, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
