How can I create an account and what are the advantages?

You can make a purchase as a registered customer or as a guest.

Registering as a customer is very simple, we will only ask you for the necessary information to speed up the purchase process.

You can create your account HERE or by clicking on "Login" in the top right corner and "Create account". You can also do this during express checkout, before finalizing your purchase.

The advantages of having an account are many! You will be able to access your personalized customer area to follow the preparation and shipment of your orders, download your invoices or save and modify your personal data.

Where can I track my orders?

You can check your order history in your account.

You will be able to see the status of your order in the "Order preparation status" section.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it HERE.

You will also see the "Forgot your password?" link when you go to log in to your account.

Add your account email and you will receive a message with the steps to follow - it's very simple!

How can I change my mailing address?

You can change your mailing address whenever you want from your account by going to "View addresses" and clicking on "Edit".

Remember that if an order has already left our warehouse and you want to change the address you should contact us. shop@thinkingmu.com.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com and we will process your request. Your information will be deleted within 10 days.

How can I receive the newsletter?

You can register to our newsletter using the form at the bottom of the page. You can also activate your subscription during the express checkout, before finalizing your purchase.

You will receive an email to confirm your subscription and that's it!
