Returns and exchanges

Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and shipping. Think responsibly, act accordingly. WAKE UP!

Even so, if one of our items does not fill you with joy when you receive it you have 30 calendar days* from the purchase of your order to make a size exchange or a return.
*20 calendar days for orders placed from the United Kingdom.

How to request a size exchange or a return?

Return & exchange conditions

  • The return has to be shipped within 30 calendar days* from purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and include all tags.
  • For hygienic reasons underwear cannot be returned.
  • Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so we would appreciate it if you try them on over your underwear. In the event that they are returned with some type of stain, they will not be accepted.
  • Size exchange is available for European Union countries and both the return and shipping of the new size are free of charge.
  • The return for a refund may have a small additional cost depending on the country of shipment and the method of return. This cost is deducted from the total refund amount.
    Check your country in the list you will find below, in return options. 
  • For the return, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed envelope to avoid losing its contents.

  • Drop-off point return

We will send you a return label to print and paste to the package and information about the delivery points closest to your home.

This return option has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded:

Spain (peninsula): 3.90€ (free if it is a size exchange)
Balearic Islands: 4.90€ (free if it is a size exchange)
Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 9.90€

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg & Netherlands: 6.90€ (free if it is a size exchange)

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden: 9.90€ (free if it is a size exchange)

United Kingdom: 9.90€ 

Canada, Mexico & United States: 12.90€

Israel, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland & Turkey: 19.90€

Rest of the world: 24.90€

  • Home pick-up return

If you do not have a collection point nearby, you can request the return with home collection at shop@thinkingmu.com, indicating the day of collection (Monday - Friday) and the time slot (4 hours).
You can also request the collection yourself through the UPS website or by contacting UPS Customer Service, providing the tracking number that you will find on the return label.
The cost of return to your home is the same as at the point of collection.

  • Return at the store The most sustainable option!

If you are in Barcelona, you can return the product to our store at no extra cost while helping to reduce CO² emissions produced by transportation.

Please note

  • Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the shipping of the new size or the refund to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. 
  • We will keep you informed of the whole process via email.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the amount of the refund will be returned as credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. If after this time you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com.
