RETURNS

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return. 

*We have extended the return period, all those orders placed after November 15, 2022 can be returned until January 15, 2023.

You have to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to shop@thinkingmu.com requesting which items you wish to return and the reason for return. 

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return label and information about the nearest drop off locations. 

Please note that the return has a fee which will be deducted from your refund. Refer to FAQs ↓ to see the different rates.

If you are in Barcelona, you can leave your return at our Barcelona Store at no extra cost.

3. The returned articles should be packaged in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged), including their original labels.

Please be advised that swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

FAQs

What is the cost of my return? 

The shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the total refund. The rates are the following:

      SPAIN: €4.90

      EU: €9.90

      UK: £14.90

      OTHER COUNTRIES: €24.90

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

How will I receive my refund?

We will refund you in the payment method used for the purchase. 

When will I receive my refund? 

Please allow up to 14 working days, from the date you sent the items back, for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Kindly note that it might take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

If you want to make an exchange for another size or colour, you will need to make a return and place a new order. This also applies to exchanges of online orders at our physical store in Barcelona.

The item I received is not what I ordered, what can I do?

If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com and we will solve the issue right away!

My item has a small defect, what can I do?

If the quality of the garment sent is not adequate get in touch with us at shop@thinkingmu.com and we will send you a replacement or find the best solution available.
