RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To proceed with the return or exchange of an item purchased in the online store, you must:
1- Request the return or change of size by mail to email@example.com within a period not exceeding 15 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in case you think it is necessary to help us to continue improving or in your case the new size.
2- You will receive a return label and a list of the nearest UPS Access Point
3- Items must be returned:
a) in its original state, together with any accessories related to them, and cannot be used, washed or damaged.
b) with their original labels.
c) you can keep the tote bag ;)
4- You will receive a return label and a list of the nearest UPS Access Point
5- If you want a size change you can purchase it again on the website.
6- We will refund you (always within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of your request)

Thinking MU will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a quality or manufacturing defect). For hygiene reasons, sealed products, such as underwear that do not retain the label or protection device, cannot be returned.
Returns of erroneous or defective products
In the event that Thinking MU has mistakenly sent a product that is different from the one requested, that the quality of the product sent is not adequate or that the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, the amount of the returned product will be fully refunded and the shipping costs incurred.

•Do I have to pay anything for my return?
The return label provided has a cost depending on the country as specified in the topics to "consider". In the event that the item shipped was defective, Thinking MU would assume the total cost of the shipment for its exchange and/or return.

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.

When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and with the labels, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account, and always within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

In the event that Thinking MU has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at email@example.com for the return and/or exchange. in this case, thinking mu will assume the costs of both the shipment and the return.
In the case of special promotions, where the shipping costs are offered free, the customer must also bear the transport costs of the return.
